- Each fee above and below, per person, includes bus transportation from the University of British Columbia following the 5th International IEDTA Conference, Monday morning July 19 - returning to downtown Vancouver by noon Saturday July 24.
- Guests of Conference participants pay Lodging fee only. (Children also pay full lodging price)
- Participants' Fee Includes Snacks at two Breaks and Lunch on study days.
- If you will be needing a CE certificate please purchase during registration. The fee is 100% refundable for any reason if the certificate is not received.

Cancellation charges will apply for written notice of cancellation received by:
